If you are an employer or recruiter, you may NOT use CV Score to make or inform hiring decisions. Doing so violates these Terms and may violate applicable employment discrimination laws.

How old do I need to be to use CV Score?

You must be at least 16 years old to use CV Score. This age requirement aligns with GDPR digital consent age and ensures users can legally agree to our terms.

What is the refund policy?

Due to immediate digital delivery, refunds are limited. We provide refunds for technical failures, duplicate charges, and extended service unavailability. EU consumers acknowledge waiving their 14-day withdrawal right by requesting immediate access. Contact support@cvscore.net within 14 days for refund requests.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing support@cvscore.net. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Unused evaluations don't roll over and are not refunded upon cancellation.

Can employers use CV Score for hiring decisions?

No. CV Score is designed exclusively for self-assessment by job seekers. Employers and recruiters may NOT use the Service for screening, hiring decisions, or recruitment purposes. Doing so violates our Terms and may violate employment discrimination laws.

What if I disagree with my CV evaluation?

You have the right to request human review of any evaluation by contacting support@cvscore.net. We will respond within 30 days. Remember that evaluations assess document quality, not your qualifications—a low score doesn't mean you're unqualified for positions.

Can I use CV Score for commercial purposes?

No. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or evaluations. CV Score is for personal, non-commercial self-assessment only. If you're interested in business solutions, contact us to discuss enterprise options.

What happens if I delete my account?

Account deletion permanently removes all your data including CVs, evaluation results, and account information. Unused evaluations are forfeited without refund. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law. This action cannot be undone.
