How we score your CV

What the score means

Each of the 48 criteria is scored 0–100 on its own. Those scores roll up into one score per category and one overall score from 0–100.

There is no weighting: no criterion and no category counts for more than another. A criterion that does not apply to your CV is scored 0 rather than dropped, so the report always shows the full picture.

75–100

Strong — ready to send, polish the details

50–74

Solid — targeted fixes will move the needle

0–49

At risk — likely filtered out before a human reads it

What we honestly can't do

  • We evaluate your CV document — not your actual qualifications or how you interview.
  • A great score improves your odds; it cannot guarantee interviews in any specific market.
  • We do not rewrite your CV for you — the report tells you exactly what to change, you stay the author.
